Role Description
We are looking for an energetic Internship / Management Trainee to join our Financial Sales and Business Development team in Indore. The role focuses on promoting financial products, acquiring clients, developing channel partners, and supporting revenue growth. The candidate will gain hands-on exposure to sales strategies, client acquisition, and financial market operations while working closely with senior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell financial/investment products to clients
- Identify and onboard business associates, channel partners, and advisors
- Build and maintain long-term client and partner relationships
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and customer needs
- Assist in achieving sales targets and revenue objectives
- Support negotiations and closing of sales and partnership deals
- Attend client meetings, financial seminars, and industry events
- Maintain client data and sales reports using CRM tools
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
- Interest or experience in Financial Sales, Business Development, or Relationship Management
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of financial products, investments, or markets
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand customer needs
- Self-driven and target-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools
- Prior exposure to finance, investment, insurance, or banking is a plus
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
