Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Loan Officer based in Kolkata. The responsibilities include evaluating loan applications, conducting financial analyses, and preparing appropriate documentation. The role involves managing the end-to-end loan origination process, assessing creditworthiness, and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines. Additionally, the Business Loan Officer will maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and guiding clients through the loan process.
Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge in Loan Origination and Loan Operations
- Strong understanding of Underwriting processes and Finance principles
- Proficiency in Customer Service and ability to maintain client relations
- Prior experience as a Loan Officer and familiarity with lending practices
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; advanced certifications or degrees are a plus
- Knowledge of local market dynamics in Kolkata is an added advantage
