What You'll Do

- Identify and source business loan leads through direct market outreach, referrals, and field activities

- Meet business owners/SMEs to understand their funding requirements

- Explain loan products (Working Capital, Term Loans, OD/CC limits)

- Collect and verify documents (KYC, bank statements, GST, ITR, financials)

- Coordinate with credit & operations teams for loan processing and approval

- Ensure timely login, sanction, and disbursement of loans

- Build strong client relationships for repeat business

- Achieve monthly sourcing & disbursement targets

- Maintain accurate MIS and daily activity reports

- Ensure compliance with company and RBI guidelines

What We're Looking For

- Direct sales & field sourcing experience

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Basic understanding of financial documents

- Relationship-building ability
