We are hiring for a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with strong experience in financial domain and deep hands-on experience in RBI & compliance reporting
Experience - 4 to 6 Years
Location - Bangalore, Hybrid
Must Have - Experience in BI Tools & RBI & compliance reporting

What You Will
- Build and automate RBI, statutory, and compliance reports including CRILC, ALM, and other regulatory returns
- Design dashboards and BI solutions enabling financial, operational, and audit-ready insights
- Extract, validate, and analyze large-scale financial datasets using advanced sql
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure accurate data flow for regulatory submissions
- Strengthen data quality, auditability, and governance practices across the BI ecosystem
- Explore AI-driven enhancements for reporting efficiency and anomaly detection
What We're Looking
- 46 years of BI/Data Analytics experience specifically in NBFCs or financial services
- Proven experience in RBI & regulatory reporting (CRILC, ALM, statutory MIS, compliance dashboards)
- Strong command of SQL, and proficiency in Power BI/Tableau/Qlik
- Exposure to ETL, data modelling, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Bonus: Experience with Databricks, PySpark or automation using Python.
