Job Summary:

The Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist is responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions. They design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, dashboards, and reports to help departments analyze trends and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage BI solutions using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar platforms.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to create data models and reports.
• Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and data warehouses.
• Maintain and enhance reporting databases and systems for performance and quality.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct data validation and troubleshooting for reporting issues.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Train and support users on BI tools and reports.
• Maintain documentation of BI processes, models, and reports.
