The Opportunity

This is not a role for someone who manages dashboards. This is a role for a leader who sees what data can become—and builds the organization, the strategy, and the culture to get there.

GRAVTY® sits at the intersection of billions of customer interactions, behavioral signals, and enterprise decisions. The Analytics & BI Leader will be the architect who turns that raw potential into a competitive force: transforming how LJI's clients understand their customers, how our product teams build, and how our consulting and client engagement teams deliver value.

You will set the vision, define the roadmap, and lead the execution—partnering across AI, Product, Consulting, Client Engagement, and Sales to unlock the insights locked inside GRAVTY® and push the boundaries of what a loyalty platform can tell you about your customers.

What You Will Lead

Vision, Strategy & Transformation

Analytics at LJI should be a force multiplier—for clients, for product, and for the business. You will:

  • Define and own the long-range analytics and BI vision, translating it into a phased roadmap and concrete quarterly outcomes
  • Champion the shift from reactive reporting to proactive, predictive, and prescriptive intelligence—redefining what insights means for loyalty-driven enterprises
  • Position GRAVTY®s analytics capabilities as a market differentiator, shaping how the platform is sold, delivered, and evolved
  • Act as a thought leader internally and externally—presenting at executive briefings, contributing to whitepapers, and representing LJI's analytics point of view in the market
  • Partner with CXOs and senior stakeholders to surface high-impact analytics opportunities that influence strategic and operational decisions across the enterprise

Cross-Functional Partnership

The most important work you do will happen at the intersection of teams. You will be a true enterprise partner:

  • Work hand-in-hand with the AI teams to integrate machine learning, generative AI, and real-time intelligence into analytics delivery—ensuring BI and AI capabilities amplify each other
  • Collaborate deeply with Client Engagement and Consulting to embed analytics into client delivery models, enabling consultants to deliver deeper, faster, more credible value through data
  • Partner with Product to ensure analytics capabilities are roadmapped, built, and shipped as first-class features of GRAVTY®
  • Engage with Sales and Pre-Sales to articulate analytics differentiation during the client acquisition process—turning data capability into a commercial asset
  • Drive data-led decision-making across Marketing, Finance, and Operations by establishing shared KPIs and trusted data products

Delivery & Execution Excellence

Vision without execution is just aspiration. You will own the delivery engine:

  • Own end-to-end BI and advanced analytics delivery across client engagements and internal initiatives, establishing standards, governance, and best practices at scale
  • Translate strategy into BI roadmaps, measurable KPIs, and compelling success stories
  • Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of dashboards, reports, and predictive insights that clients and internal teams can act on with confidence
  • Lead the design, development, and validation of statistical, machine learning, and advanced predictive models—including forecasting, churn prediction, propensity modeling, customer lifetime value, and segmentation
  • Build scalable, robust model pipelines in partnership with engineering teams to ensure production-grade reliability

Unlocking GRAVTY®s Insights Potential

GRAVTY® connects hundreds of millions of loyalty members across some of the world's most recognized brands. The data within is extraordinary—and largely untapped. You will:

  • Identify and operationalize high-impact use cases specific to loyalty ecosystems: spend propensity, redemption behavior, tier migration risk, member lifetime value, coalition partner attribution, and more
  • Build differentiated analytics accelerators and frameworks that become reusable assets across client engagements—compressing time-to-insight and elevating delivery quality
  • Translate predictive insights into commercial narratives—quantifying model impact in terms of revenue uplift, retention improvement, cost reduction, and risk mitigation
  • Contribute to case studies and thought leadership content that demonstrate the transformative power of loyalty intelligence

Technology & BI Ecosystem

  • Guide BI solution architecture across data models, semantic layers, and visualization tools (QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and others)
  • Drive adoption of advanced modeling tools and languages including Python, R, SAS, SPSS, and ML frameworks
  • Stay at the forefront of the BI and AI landscape—evaluating AutoML, deep learning, real-time prediction systems, and cloud analytics innovations for applicability within LJI
  • Partner with data engineering to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable infrastructure underpins analytics delivery

Client & Stakeholder Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted analytics advisor to clients and senior LJI leadership—bringing clarity, credibility, and commercial awareness to every conversation
  • Lead executive-level reviews, value realization discussions, and strategic roadmap sessions with client C-suites
  • Communicate modeling approaches, assumptions, and business impact in language that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Manage expectations, risks, and escalations with composure and transparency

Team Building & Analytics Culture

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of BI Engineers and Analysts—fostering a culture of curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement
  • Build capability through coaching, upskilling programs, and hands-on guidance on advanced modeling techniques
  • Support hiring and onboarding of top analytics talent as the team scales
  • Cultivate an analytics culture that earns the trust of every team it serves

What You Bring

Must-Have

  • A track record of translating analytics vision into measurable business outcomes—not just delivering reports, but changing how organizations think and act
  • Proven leadership in analytics strategy, consulting, or BI delivery at scale—ideally across multi-client or SaaS environments
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills; comfortable presenting to C-suite audiences and holding strategic conversations with clients
  • Deep hands-on experience with predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and ML techniques (Python, R, SAS, SPSS, or similar)
  • Fluency with modern BI platforms (QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent)
  • Experience integrating external data enrichment sources to enhance analytical depth and accuracy
  • A collaborative, cross-functional mindset—someone who builds bridges between AI, Product, Consulting, and Sales rather than operating in a silo

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in loyalty, CRM, retail, hospitality, or financial services analytics
  • Background in SaaS product companies or large-scale consulting delivery
  • Familiarity with data warehousing, cloud data platforms, and analytics architecture
