Job Description:
Primary Skill:
- Proficient in SQL and Python.
- Proficient in snowflake and Databricks. Tableau
Secondary Skills:
- The Senior Business Intelligence Engineer, is responsible for designing, developing visually compelling and engaging reports that drive business decisions.
- Works remotely across time zones, this role leads technical efforts to build data pipelines, gather requirements and work with executive stakeholders.
- The role calls for strong communication skills-oral, visual and written.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Product, Stakeholders, and Engineering teams to gather requirements and define hypotheses.
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable data models and data pipelines.
- Lead design, development and maintainence of scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Develop, implement and optimize dashboards/reports using BI tools(Tableau, PowerBI)
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reports and other deliverables.
- Mentor to early in career and junior engineers while fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
- Work closely with Product Manager, Data Engineering, and data science team to develop integrated and advanced analytical solution which powers business decision.
- Work remotely with stakeholders across the different timezones.
