The Impact you will have in this role:

The Business Intelligence Engineer will be responsible for building data pipelines using their deep knowledge of SQL and Data Analysis on the bespoke Snowflake data warehouse for Enterprise Intelligence. This role requires a deep understanding of data management, stakeholder collaboration, and operational efficiency to ensure the delivery of high-quality data products that meet business needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building the Power BI front end of CLAW dashboards, transforming data into intuitive, high‑quality dashboards and visualizations. you will partner closely with data engineers and stakeholders to ensure accurate, reliable, and well‑governed metrics.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success:

• 4+ years of experience
• Advanced SQL, Power BI and DAX skills
• Modern data warehousing principles and practices
• Prior Snowflake (or comparable) experience

Specific Responsibilities: This role will be in the Enterprise Intelligence Organization in Enterprise Data & Corporate Technology. The Enterprise Intelligence team builds and manages Data Products for IT. The Business Intelligence Platform Developer will be the point person for developing data pipelines based on requirements and source data across the enterprise.

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, with a focus on usability, clarity, and executive‑level storytelling
• Translate business and IT performance metrics into effective visual designs, DAX calculations, and Power BI semantic models
• Build and optimize Power BI datasets connected to Snowflake, ensuring performance, scalability, and data accuracy
• Develop and maintain DAX measures and Power Query transformations to support complex metric calculations and data shaping
• Partner with data engineering and Snowflake teams to validate data structures, metric logic, and data quality
• Perform Power BI testing and validation, including reconciliation to source data, regression testing, and defect resolution
• Track work, enhancements, and defects using JIRA, participating in Agile ceremonies and iterative delivery
• Ensure dashboards follow reporting standards, governance requirements, and documentation best practices
• Strong SQL skills for data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting
• Experience using JIRA within Agile delivery models
• Experience working with Snowflake as a reporting and analytics data source
