BI / Data Engineer Instrumentation & Data Enablement

Location: Remote (India or Dubai)

Contract: 612 months, extendable

Time Zone: Partial overlap with US teams

Role Summary

We are hiring a BI / Data Engineer to support lead client teams with data instrumentation, metric design, and analytics enablement. The role focuses on building reliable data pipelines, defining KPIs, and enabling data-driven decision-making across product and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement event-level instrumentation and metric definitions
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines on AWS
• Create analytics-ready datasets and BI dashboards
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and documentation
• Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders

Required Skills

• 4+ years in Data Engineering / BI / Analytics Engineering
• Strong SQL and Python
• AWS experience: Redshift, S3, Glue, Athena, QuickSight
• Experience with metrics, KPIs, and instrumentation

Preferred

• large-scale tech experience
• Streaming data (Kafka/Kinesis)
• Experimentation or funnel analytics exposure
