About the Role:

We are looking for a smart, hands-on intern who loves data and wants to build things that get used every day.

We have disparate data living in different toolsSalesforce, Jira, Wrike, and Support systems. We need someone to pull that data together, clean it, and turn it into clear, actionable dashboards for our Executives, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

You won't just be running reports; you will be building the single pane of glass that helps our teams track revenue, project health, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Data Pipelining (ETL): Build and maintain reliable data pipelines. Your primary job is to funnel data from various sources (Salesforce, Jira, Google Sheets) into a central place where it can be processed and visualised.

• Dashboard Development: Design and build interactive dashboards specifically in Looker Studio. You will create views for different internal teams, such as the Revenue Command Centre for Execs and Portfolio Health for Success Managers.

• Business Analysis: Translate business requirements into visual widgets. You need to understand what a Sales Lead cares about (e.g., Deal Blockers) versus what a Support Lead cares about (e.g., SLA Breaches) and present that data clearly.

• Work Fast with AI: We don't expect you to know everything, but we expect you to be smart enough to use LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) to write SQL queries, fix formulas, and speed up your workflow.

  
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

• Tool Proficiency: Strong experience with Looker Studio is highly preferred. Familiarity with Tableau or PowerBI is a plus.

• Technical Skills: Good grasp of SQL and Python to manipulate data and set up connectors between systems.

• Data Logic: You understand how to structure data (ETL). You know that a dashboard is only as good as the clean data feeding it.

• AI-Native: You are comfortable using AI tools as a co-pilot to code faster and solve technical blockers independently.

• Communication: You can look at a set of numbers and understand the business story they are telling.
