Job Title: BI / MIS Data Design & Reporting Specialist
Experience: 1 to 3 Years
Location: Coimbatore
Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Dashboard Design & Development: Create, design, and maintain interactive, user-friendly dashboards using Zoho Analysts or Qlik sense.
- Data Modeling & ETL: Prepare, clean, and model data from multiple sources to create scalable data models.
- Advanced Reporting (MIS): Develop automated, high-precision daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management, ensuring data accuracy.
- SQL & Query Optimization: Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and validation.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Work closely with business teams to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in data reporting processes and implement improvements for better efficiency.
Required Technical Skills
- Visualization Tools: Expert-level knowledge of Zoho Analysts or Qlik sense with its core features.
- Database: Strong knowledge of SQL Server and relational databases.
- Data Manipulation: Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros/VBA).
- ETL Tools: Experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) or similar ETL processes is highly desirable.
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Commerce, or related fields.
- Relevant experience in data management, MIS reporting, or business analytics.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 13 years of hands-on experience in BI/MIS roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
