Job Description

Leverages software and services to transform data into actionable insights to inform the organization's strategic and tactical business decisions. Collects, integrates, analyzes and presents information including from internal and external sources, developing insightful historic, current and predictive views of business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Works closely with supported functions to understand business priorities and KPIs.
  • Manage and support billed work activities, including quotation generation, sales order (SO) creation, and invoicing processes.
  • Review and validate input data to ensure billing accuracy, completeness, and compliance with defined processes.
  • Coordinate with regional teams, service operations, and finance stakeholders to resolve billing queries and discrepancies.
  • Track billed work lifecycle status (quotation, approval, SO, invoicing) using trackers, dashboards, and reports, and highlight aging or bottlenecks
  • Maintain and update billing trackers, logs, and documentation to support audits and reporting.
  • Perform sanity checks and reconciliations to minimize revenue leakage and billing errors.
  • Support automation and standardization initiatives (e.g., Excel, VBA Macros, reporting tools) to improve efficiency and consistency of billed work processes

Qualifications


Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent professional work experience.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience supporting billed work activities, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Hands ‑ on experience in quotation generation, sales order (SO) creation, and invoicing processes.
  • Working knowledge of billing workflows, data accuracy checks, and process compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data validation, reconciliation, tracking).
  • Good business English skills, both written and spoken, for effective coordination with internal and regional stakeholders
