About the Role
We are looking for a BI Analyst to build and maintain dashboards and reporting infrastructure that provide visibility into the commercial performance of the entire GMH portfolio.
This role directly supports board-level reporting, property-owner communications, and commercial decision-making by transforming data from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards using data from IDeaS G3, Lighthouse BI, PMS systems, and GA4.
- Compile the monthly Owner's Digital Performance Pack for each managed property.
- Create automated reporting for NRevPAR tracking, channel performance, and marketing attribution.
- Provide ad-hoc data analysis to support strategic decisions by the SVP Revenue and Director of Revenue.
- Support the monthly Board Steering Committee with clear and actionable performance visualizations.
Requirements
- Hospitality / Hotel industry experience is required.
- Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, along with strong SQL skills.
- Ability to translate complex data from multiple sources into clear, actionable visual insights.
- Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
Nice to Have
- Understanding of hospitality KPIs is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with IDeaS G3, Lighthouse BI, PMS systems, and GA4.
