Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and manage professional email communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by the team.
  • Conduct audits and reviews to ensure data accuracy and process compliance.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocations and follow up on deliverables.
  • Review and validate system setups to ensure smooth operational processes.
  • Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations.
  • Analyze data and generate actionable insights to support business decisions.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master's degree/bachelor's degree in business, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Employee would be taken on Contract basis for a period of 6 months, whereby the payroll will be that of the third-party service provider .

Location: Looking for candidates based out of Bengaluru

Years of experience: 1-3 years (Immigration Industry Preferred)
