Role Description The Business Head is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Chennai, responsible for driving the overall business growth and strategic direction of Weboin Digital Marketing Agency. This role involves overseeing client acquisition and retention, managing key accounts, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital marketing and web development solutions. The Business Head will lead cross-functional teams, set performance targets, and manage budgets and resources to meet revenue and profitability goals. Day-to-day activities include developing go-to-market strategies, identifying new market opportunities, monitoring industry trends, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners. The role also requires mentoring team members, promoting ethical business practices, and representing the company in high-level meetings and industry forums.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in business strategy, planning, and P&L management, including setting and achieving growth and profitability targets.
- Experience in sales, business development, and key account management within digital marketing, IT services, or related industries.
- Understanding of digital marketing, web development, branding, and eCommerce concepts to align solutions with client needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients at senior levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including comfort with data-driven decision-making and performance metrics.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
- Prior leadership experience in an agency or consulting environment and exposure to sectors such as education, real estate, medical, fashion, FMCG, consumer durables, technology, retail, or infrastructure is beneficial.
