Business Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end faucets business including strategy, sales, and profitability
• Drive growth through dealer, distributor, retail, and project channels
• Manage P&L, pricing, forecasting, and margins
• Work with product and marketing teams on new launches and positioning
• Build and lead high-performing sales and leadership teams

Candidate Profile:

• 15+ years of experience in faucets / sanitaryware / bath fittings / CP fittings
• Strong exposure to Indian retail and project markets
• Proven experience in senior leadership & P&L roles
• MBA preferred
