Position Summary
Lead given portfolio in India, driving topline growth beyond market rates across key categories/brands. Oversee end-to-end P&L responsibility, including strategy, marketing, sales execution, and cross-functional teams to deliver committed annual plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed topline targets for all categories/brands while outperforming market growth; own full P&L accountability.
- Develop and execute multi-year brand strategies, including launches, lifecycle management, and market expansion in gynecology, reproductive health
- Drive top-line revenue and profitability through innovative marketing campaigns, sales force optimization, and KOL engagement.
- Lead cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, market research, regulatory) with 2-3 years prior BU Head experience required.
- Analyze market trends, competitor intelligence, and customer insights to inform pricing, positioning, and portfolio decisions.
Qualifications & Experience
- 15-20 years in pharma marketing with strong growth trajectory; mandatory 2-3 years sales stint and BU Head role.
- Full-time MBA from a reputed institute (must-have).
- Proven track record managing 100 Cr+ portfolios in gynae or related therapeutic areas.
- Deep India pharma market knowledge, especially India

- Excellent team management, stakeholder influence, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytics (market sizing, ROI forecasting) and digital marketing expertise.
- Outstanding communication for KOLs, internal execs, and global teams
