Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Head - Personal Care Ingredients, based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves leading the personal care ingredients business, managing client relationships, developing sustainable growth strategies, and achieving revenue targets. The Business Head will oversee sourcing, ensure quality compliance, forge partnerships, and align the business operations with market trends. Additionally, responsibilities include leading a team, representing the company at industry events, and driving innovation in product offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong business acumen, strategic planning, and business development skills
- Proficiency in client relationship management, partnerships, and negotiations
- In-depth industry knowledge of personal care, skincare, or cosmetic ingredients
- Understanding of quality standards, regulations, and sustainability practices in the industry
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentorship abilities
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in international markets and supply chain management is advantageous
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Chemistry, Cosmetology, or a related field
