Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Head - Personal Care Ingredients, based in Delhi with partial remote work flexibility. The Business Head will lead the development and execution of the business strategy, oversee sales and marketing efforts, and drive growth for the company's personal care ingredients division. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, collaborating with internal teams, expanding market presence, and ensuring product offerings align with market demand and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Experience in business planning, strategy development, and managing budgets.
- Strong sales and marketing skills, with the ability to expand market share and build client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of personal care ingredients, market trends, and technical product expertise.
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in market analysis and understanding of sustainability practices in the cosmetics industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience in similar leadership roles within the cosmetics or personal care industry is highly desirable.
