Job Mission
Lead the Car Care Services vertical with full P&L ownership. Your sole mission is to achieve and sustain a 10-15 Crore per month revenue target by driving every aspect of the business, from marketing and product to operations and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Define and execute the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new services, products, and geographical expansion. This includes launching new offerings and driving market penetration to secure a dominant position.
- Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team across product, marketing, operations, and technology. You will ensure all teams are aligned and working efficiently toward a shared vision.
- Demand-Side Product Vision: Define the product roadmap for the customer-facing application. Your focus will be on user acquisition, engagement, and retention to drive strong business metrics.
- Supply-Side Product Oversight: Oversee the development and optimisation of the partner-facing app and platform. You will be responsible for ensuring a scalable, efficient, and high-quality supply network.
- Performance & Growth Marketing: Lead all performance marketing efforts, balancing short-term ROI with long-term brand equity. Your goal is to acquire high-quality customers at an optimal CAC.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish and monitor key business KPIs across the entire funnel, including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and repeat rates. You will use these insights to inform all strategic and operational decisions.
- International Expansion: Identify and execute a plan for expanding the Car Care Services business into new international markets. This involves a comprehensive analysis of market opportunities and strategic execution.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Mandatory Revenue Track Record: You must have a proven and documented track record of scaling a B2C (hyperlocal) brand to a 10-15 Crore per month revenue run rate.
- Leadership Experience: You have 1015 years of experience in marketing leadership with multi-vertical exposure.
- Skill Set: You possess a strong mix of performance marketing and brand-building expertise.
- Industry Knowledge: You have prior experience in the automotive or hyperlocal industries.
