Job Description
- Lead the offline centers for Delhi, providing mentorship and strategic guidance to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth.
- Oversee the sales process, including lead generation, pitching, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with different team to optimise lead generation efforts.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients while expanding the customer base.
- Work closely with the P&L leader to achieve organizational objectives.
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of experience in the EdTech sector, with experience handling offline centers.
- Proven success in selling high-ticket educational products or services.
- Familiarity with the Delhi markets, targeting parents and students both
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with a remote team.
- Strong logical and analytical thinking, capable of devising and executing strategic sales plans.
- Strong experience in front-ended sales in the EdTech sector.
