Business Head – Video Marketing (Sales)

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Business Head – Video Marketing (Sales). The Business Head will be responsible for driving video marketing initiatives, strengthening sales strategies, and leading a team to meet business growth goals. Responsibilities include generating leads, handling client relationships, formulating marketing and video strategies, pitching services effectively, and ensuring client satisfaction through result-driven approaches.

• Strong expertise in Video Marketing, including conceptualizing and strategizing impactful campaigns
• Proven experience in Sales and Business Development, with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Exceptional Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
• In-depth understanding of Digital Marketing trends and tools
• Ability to develop and deliver tailored marketing and sales pitches
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet revenue and growth targets
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in team management and leadership, preferably within a marketing or media company
• Prior experience in video production or videography will be an added advantage
