NavPrakriti is seeking a full-time Business Head to lead its strategic business operations. Based on-site in Kolkata, the Business Head will oversee the development and execution of business strategies, drive revenue growth, manage key stakeholder relationships, and align operational goals with company vision. The role involves identifying market opportunities, managing financial performance, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to sustainability and innovation standards. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving organizational growth and establishing NavPrakriti as an industry leader.

• Proven leadership skills in business strategy development, team management, and corporate governance
• Deep understanding of operations management, financial planning, and performance tracking
• Experience in market research, business development, and identifying growth opportunities
• Strong networking, relationship management, and communication skills
• Commitment to environmental sustainability and demonstrated ability to drive organizational innovation
• Background in the clean energy, recycling, or related industries is preferred
• Masters in Business Administration or relevant advanced degree is highly desirable
