Head – Managed Services (MSP Business | Leadership Role)

. What You'll Do
Build the MSP Business
• Define the MSP business model, service offerings, pricing, and growth strategy
• Build and scale a recurring revenue business focused on MRR/ARR growth
• Create scalable and standardized managed service frameworks
Build a Partner-Led MSP Engine
• Create and grow a strong SI/MSP/MSSP partner ecosystem
• Enable partners to resell, deliver, and support managed services
• Build partner-first service delivery models across regions
Create MSP-in-a-Box Offerings Build packaged managed services across:
• Cloud
• Infrastructure
• Cybersecurity
• Data Management
• Compliance
• NOC / SOC Services
Architect the MSP Stack
• Drive automation-led and platform-based service models
• Work across RMM, PSA, monitoring, and automation platforms
• Build scalable operational and governance frameworks
Drive GTM & Business Growth
• Collaborate with OEMs on joint GTM strategies and service bundles
• Build pipeline, customer adoption, and recurring revenue growth
• Support strategic enterprise opportunities and partner-led wins
• Own the revenue engine from pipeline → adoption → recurring revenue → scale
Who We're Looking For
• You've built or scaled a managed services or recurring revenue business
• You understand partner-led ecosystems and indirect sales models
• You know how to build businesses through SI/MSP/MSSP channels
• You think in platforms, automation, and scale — not manpower-led services
• You can operate in high-growth, no-playbook environments
• You can balance strategy, execution, partner growth, and revenue ownership
Background That Helps
• 10–15+ years in MSP, IT distribution, or channel-driven services businesses
• Experience working with OEM-led ecosystems
• Exposure to cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or data services
• Familiarity with MSP tooling (RMM, PSA, automation platforms)
