Key responsibilities:
- Own complete P&L responsibility for the modular kitchen business.
- Monitor CAC, discounting, cancellations, and cost overruns closely.
- Build and manage a high-performing design and sales team.
- Ensure strong customer communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and manage manufacturing partners, hardware suppliers, and installers.
- Create and enforce SOPs across all functions.
- Create incentive structures aligned to closure quality, margins, and delivery timelines.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in modular kitchens / interiors / project-based retail.
- Proven experience running P&L ownership.
- Experience scaling modular kitchen operations across multiple cities.
- Experience in organized retail or large-format furniture brands.
