This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi for the position of Business Head. The Business Head will be responsible for overseeing the overall business operations, creating and implementing strategic plans, and driving organizational growth and profitability. They will also lead a team, manage key partnerships, analyze market trends, and ensure the delivery of operational excellence. Additional responsibilities include budgeting, resource allocation, and identifying new business opportunities to achieve goals and drive performance.

• Leadership and people management skills, with experience in leading teams and fostering positive organizational culture
• Strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to drive business growth
• Strong financial acumen, expertise in budgeting, resource allocation, and revenue forecasting
• Knowledge of sales, marketing, and business development strategies to optimize company performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and build relationships
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop initiatives in response to business needs
• Experience in healthcare, logistics, or e-commerce industries is an advantage
• Minimum bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
