Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned, globally experienced Business Head to lead and scale our Heat Exchanger Division for air-conditioning and refrigeration applications.
This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for global business strategy, market expansion, customer acquisition, and revenue growth, along with active involvement in the expansion of manufacturing capabilities across multiple global locations and long-term capacity planning.
The ideal candidate will combine strong engineering fundamentals, global B2B commercial acumen, and an entrepreneurial mindset, with proven success in building and scaling international businesses, preferably within multinational organisations.
Main Responsibilities:
Global Business Leadership
- Define and execute the global business strategy for the Heat Exchanger Division in alignment with the company's long-term vision.
- Own full P&L responsibility for the division, including revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost optimisation.
- Identify, evaluate, and penetrate new global markets across OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and system integrators.
Sales & Market Expansion
- Lead global B2B customer onboarding across air-conditioning and refrigeration segments.
- Develop and manage key global accounts, strategic partnerships, and long-term supply agreements.
- Establish the company as a preferred global heat exchanger partner through value-based selling and technical differentiation.
Manufacturing & Capability Expansion
- Work closely with manufacturing, R&D, and operations teams to:
- Expand heat exchanger manufacturing capacity.
- Drive localisation, backward integration, and technology upgrades.
- Support investments in new processes, tooling, and automation.
- Align product development with evolving global standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
Strategic & Board-Level Engagement
- Present business plans, performance reviews, and growth strategies to the Chairman and Board of Directors.
- Support inorganic growth initiatives, including technology partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions, where relevant.
- Represent the company at global industry forums, OEM leadership meetings, and strategic negotiations.
Candidate Profile:
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Thermal / Automotive / Industrial or related discipline).
- Postgraduate qualifications in Management or International Business will be an advantage.
Experience
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in heat exchangers, HVAC, refrigeration, or thermal systems.
- Proven global exposure, with hands-on experience working with or within multinational organisations (MNCs).
- Strong track record of building international markets and scaling B2B businesses.
- Deep understanding of air-conditioning and refrigeration applications is highly desirable.
