Role Overview

This role is central to building and scaling theEngineering Divisionat the state level.

The selected candidate will initially function as anindividual contributor, driving institutional partnerships, business development, and program execution across engineering colleges.

As the vertical grows, the role will evolve into afull-fledged leadership position, with complete ownership of the Engineering Division in the assigned state, including team building, operations, and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and grow partnerships with engineering colleges and institutions

Drive business development and expand presence in the engineering segment

Lead student acquisition and program implementation initiatives

Execute and manage large-scale training and skill development programs

Identify new opportunities within the engineering ecosystem

Build and scale a regional team as the vertical grows

Ensure seamless execution and delivery of programs

Achieve business and revenue targets for the region

Candidate Profile

510 years of experience inEdTech / Education / B2B Sales

Strong network within engineering colleges in Karnataka or Tamil Nadu

Proven ability to build and scale new business verticals or regions

Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution capability

Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills

Educational Qualification

Engineering background is mandatory (B.E / B.Tech or equivalent)

Master's degree in Engineering (M.E / M.Tech) Preferred (First Priority)

MBA or other Master's degree Secondary Preference
