Business Head
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for meeting the Annual Sales targets of the product Suite.
- Plan, implement strategies, own and achieve the Sales target for each quarter for the Product Vertical for all regions.
- Driving the sales process, strategizing potentials end to end in collaboration with front end regional sales/ partners and leading inside sales, technical sales and sales managers in achieving the Conversion targets.
- To have complete product knowledge to facilitate meaningful conversations with business leaders to address strategic concerns of the customer and help in closing the sale.
- Identify /maintain/Grow business with partners in all regions.
- Work with team on
- Proposals: writing technical and commercial proposals
- Gathering Market intelligence
- Identify market opportunities, trends, and potential risks for product strategy. (competition analysis and market trends)
- Deriving market insights from the public domain, doing market scope analysis, and arriving at a sales strategy by market
- Coordinate with Product team in building the product roadmap based on market demand
- KOL relations and references
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior leadership of customers to drive business growth and foster collaboration.
Pre-requisites/experience:
- Should have handled Sales/Business turnover of not less than INR 50 CR/year with a minimum of 10 years work experience.
- Exposure and knowledge to Pharma manufacturing industry is a must
- Graduation in Pharma domain/PG in Marketing & Sales.
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to foster relationship management with CXO
- Hands-on with Microsoft applications and knowledge of CRM tool (Excel, Word, PPT)
