About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-driven professional to join as AGM – Business Growth & Student Experience. This role focuses on driving revenue, improving student experience, and solving business challenges from first principles. You will work across multiple functions including sales, marketing, product, academics, and operations to scale business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive key business metrics including revenue, growth, retention, and student experience.
- Improve sales efficiency by optimizing funnels, tracking conversions, analyzing lead quality, and aligning with sales & marketing teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, marketing, sales, academics, and operations teams to identify gaps and drive outcomes.
- Analyze user behavior, business metrics, academic delivery, and operational performance to unlock growth opportunities.
- Enhance student experience through better teaching quality, engagement strategies, faster issue resolution, and improved NPS/CSAT.
- Monitor and improve teacher performance via audits, feedback loops, training, and performance tracking.
- Lead GTM strategies, pilots, POCs, A/B testing, and experimentation to identify scalable initiatives.
- Build dashboards, reports, and leadership presentations to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Develop processes, solve problems from scratch, and scale successful initiatives across the organization.
- Lead and manage large teams with strong ownership, accountability, and collaboration.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 6–10 years of experience in business growth, operations, category management, consulting, or P&L roles.
- Strong business acumen with a revenue-focused mindset.
- Good understanding of sales funnels, marketing performance, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to deep dive into complex problems and build scalable solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in experimentation, A/B testing, and scaling new initiatives.
- Prior experience in EdTech, consumer business, or high-growth environments is preferred.
