We plan to open 1,000 outlets across the nation in the next five years, proving that premium coffee can be both high-quality and affordable.

GAG Coffee is expanding, and we're looking for aBusiness Growth Managerwho can drive sales, strengthen outlet performance, and uplift team capability across all locations.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall business development, outlet operations monitoring, and team training for improved performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive overallsales growthacross all outlets
  • Conductteam trainingto improve service standards & product knowledge
  • Overseeoutlet operationsand ensure SOP compliance
  • Track & analysedaily/weekly/monthly sales reports
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement improvement strategies
  • Support franchise and corporate outlets for smoother functioning

Requirements:

  • Experience in hospitality, F&B, or retail operations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple outlets and teams
  • Passion for growth and operational excellence
