Business Development / Growth Executive
Location : Gurgaon Sector 15
Salary Bracket : Upto 3 LPA

We're looking for a proactive and driven Business Development / Growth Executive to join our growth team and help us expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach and other business development activities.
- Identify and connect with potential clients and build new business opportunities.
- Communicate with managerial and CXO-level stakeholders and understand their business requirements.
- Follow up with prospects, nurture relationships and support the team in converting leads into clients.
- Work closely with the Growth team on lead generation, client acquisition and other growth initiatives.
- Maintain regular updates on outreach, leads and opportunities.
- Contribute ideas and take ownership of initiatives that can help grow the business.

- Good follow-up, organizational and relationship-building skills.
- Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition or Growth is preferred.
