Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and organized Business Growth Associate who will support our business expansion efforts by handling lead coordination, client communication, follow-ups, and internal sales operations support.
This is a growth-oriented role ideal for someone who wants to build a career in business development, communication, and strategic sales operations.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound leads from website, ads, and social media
- Make introductory calls to understand client requirements
- Coordinate meetings between clients and senior team members
- Maintain lead data and update CRM sheets regularly
- Send company profiles, proposals, and follow-up emails
- Assist in preparing quotations and documentation
- Reconnect with past clients and maintain relationships
- Support marketing and outreach campaigns when required
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams
Required Skills- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Confident on phone calls
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle follow-ups consistently
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn
