Project Role : Business Function Implementation Lead

Project Role Description : Plan and lead the implementation of all activities for a specific business function to improve performance for the business function end to end. Ensure alignment with business requirements including process analysis, design/re-design and/or organization structure definition.

Summary:

In the role of Business Function Implementation Lead, a typical day involves orchestrating the comprehensive planning and execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing the performance of a designated business function from start to finish. This includes ensuring that all activities are closely aligned with the overarching business requirements. The role demands a thorough examination and refinement of existing processes, as well as the potential redesign of organizational structures to support improved outcomes. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain coherence and drive continuous improvement is a key aspect of daily responsibilities, fostering a seamless integration of solutions that support business objectives effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth implementation of business function improvements.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align goals and expectations.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans proactively to address challenges and optimize outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of business process analysis and redesign techniques relevant to discrete manufacturing environments.
  • Experience in managing end-to-end implementation projects within complex organizational settings.
  • Ability to interpret and translate business requirements into actionable implementation plans.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration to drive consensus and effective decision-making.
  • Competence in identifying and resolving issues that impact business function performance and project delivery.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing.
  • This position is based at our Mumbai office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
