Summary: As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function aimed at enhancing overall performance. Your typical day will involve analyzing current business processes, designing or redesigning workflows, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that organizational objectives are met efficiently and effectively. You will engage in discussions to identify areas for improvement and work towards implementing solutions that align with the strategic goals of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions to ensure continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS). - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architecture. - Experience with business process modeling and analysis. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage cross-functional relationships. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
