Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across business units.
  • Track performance against budgets and provide variance analysis with actionable insights.
  • Support strategic planning through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Business Partnering
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and supply chain to improve financial performance.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions and growth initiatives.
  • Financial Reporting
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to leadership.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track key financial and operational metrics.
  • Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
  • Support statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory filings.
  • Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
  • Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital including receivables, payables, and inventory cycles.
  • Support treasury planning and liquidity management.
  • Risk Management
  • Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support the implementation of financial controls and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • 78+ years of experience in business finance, FP&A, or strategic finance roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Good understanding of tax regulations, compliance requirements, and accounting principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/financial tools and financial reporting systems.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
