Job Description
Job Title: Business Finance Manager
Work Location: Bangalore / Chennai
Experience: 1-3 Years
About the Role
We are looking for a Business Finance Manager to partner with business and delivery leaders in driving profitability, financial planning, forecasting, commercial decision-making, and performance management within an IT Services/ITES environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, annual operating plans, and business reviews
- Analyze revenue, margins, utilization, pricing, and cost drivers
- Partner with Delivery, Sales, and Account Management teams
- Support deal pricing, contract reviews, bid evaluations, and commercial decisions
- Monitor revenue recognition, billing, profitability, and margin improvement initiatives
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and leadership presentations
- Ensure compliance with financial controls and governance processes
Requirements
✅ CA or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution
✅ 1-3 years of experience in Business Finance / FP&A
✅ Experience in IT Services, ITES, Consulting, or Global Delivery organizations
✅ Strong understanding of T&M, Fixed Price, and Managed Services financial models
✅ Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, margin management, and business partnering
✅ Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/Reporting tools (SAP, Oracle, Power BI)
Preferred
- Global customer exposure (US/Europe)
- Experience supporting large accounts/service lines
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
