As our AI-Native Finance & Strategy Associate, You won't just track numbers - you'll architect intelligent systems that make numbers move. This is a ground-floor opportunity to define what modern business finance looks like at CARS24.

What will you build & drive

• Own P&L management and surface insights through AI-powered dashboards, not static spreadsheets
• Design and deploy AI agents for budgeting, forecasting, and AOP cycles - automating what others still do manually
• Partner with business teams to translate financial data into strategic decisions using LLM-assisted analysis
• Identify cost optimization and revenue opportunities by building models that learn, not just calculate and drive its execution alongside business team
• Lead scenario planning using AI simulation tools to stress-test strategy before it hits the real world
• Build autonomous reporting pipelines that flag anomalies, variances, and opportunities in real time
• Prototype and own finance automation use cases end-to-end - from problem statement to deployed solution

Who are we looking for

Credentials

• CA Ranker (All India Rank holder preferred) with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience
• Big 4 articleship (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) — audit, transaction advisory, or FP&A preferred
• OR: MBA from IIM (A/B/C/L/K), ISB, or equivalent Tier 1 institution
• Undergraduate from SRCC, St. Xavier's, LSR, Christ, or equivalent

Skills & Mindset

• Genuinely curious about AI - you've already used Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini to solve a real work problem
• Strong in P&L, financial modelling, and variance analysis - you bring the finance rigor
• Able to move from boardroom narrative to data model to AI prompt in the same afternoon
• High ownership, low ego - you'd rather build something that replaces your own task than do it manually twice
