Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles
• Drive variance analysis, KPI tracking, and MIS reporting
• Evaluate business proposals, CAPEX, and investment decisions
• Partner with cross-functional teams for cost optimization & performance improvement
• Lead and manage a team of finance professionals

Ideal Candidate:

• CA qualified (mandatory) with 811 years of experience
• Strong exposure to Business Finance / FP&A / Commercial Finance
• Experience in manufacturing / pharma / industrial setup preferred
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and team handling skills
