Job Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (on-site)
Role : Business Finance Manager or Senior Manager
Responsibilities:
A. Business Partnering:
- Act as a strategic partner to business units, providing financial guidance, support & co-own Business targets.
- Develop financial models and conduct scenario analysis for new business initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for margin expansion and revenue growth strategies.
- Assist leadership in evaluating new investments, expansions, and product launches.
- Support affordability & pricing strategy decisions by studying industry practices comparative analysis and cost-benefit analysis.
- Building in-depth business understanding and driving growth & Profitability.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, including growth, operations and category teams, to ensure alignment of financial goals with business objectives.
- Present financial results and business insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
B. Financial Planning & Analysis
- Develop and manage the annual budget, periodic forecasts, and long-term financial plans in alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with the Business to ensure accurate financial projections.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision making.
- Develop financial models and analyses to support growth initiatives, cost optimization, and profitability improvements.
- Mid-Year Rolling Forecast to evaluate performance & collaborate to make a mitigation plan to achieve business objectives and AOP.
- Work with Cross functional teams to tie end to end financial planning.
C. Financial Reporting:
- Take care of daily, weekly and monthly MIS and key metrics reporting
- Preparation of internal and external financial reports.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports, focusing on key business KPIs such as revenue, cost, and margins.
- Driving weekly business review meeting
Qualifications:
- 4+ Yrs relevant experience CA or MBA from Top colleges
- Strong experience in the business finance domain including budgeting, ROI, variance analysis, stakeholder & team management.
- Demonstrated experience in revenue planning, pricing, supply chain finance and category management.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence.
