Business Finance & Performance Analytics
- Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts aligned with business plans and liquidity requirements.
- Conduct profitability, margin, and cost analysis across products and business segments.
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards for leadership decision-making.
- Support strategic initiatives such as pricing models, capital allocation analysis, and new product evaluations.
Automation & Systems
- Drive finance process automation using Power BI, Advanced Excel, SQL, Python, and ERP systems.
- Integrate data from Oracle Fusion, Tally, and Zoho Books to improve reporting efficiency.
- Streamline month-end closing processes and MIS reporting timelines.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals.
- Collaborate with risk, compliance, treasury, tax, and business teams to ensure financial accuracy and governance.
- Act as a key finance partner to senior leadership.
