Cost Management Division under Portfolio Strategy Office is the enabling team within the organization driving key strategic initiatives around Budget Planning & Cost Control, Sourcing & Contracts Management, Vendor Lifecycle Management, Purchase Governance & Business Analytics Automation by working across platform teams to support the achievement of the business objectives and goals.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Finance Analyst to join our Cost Management Division. As a Team Member and individual contributor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing Sourcing, cost benefit / TCO analysis and identification of cost optimization area for the Technology BUs of Rakuten Mobile.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Cost Benefit/TCO Analysis: Conduct detailed cost analysis to identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements. Provide recommendations to management based on analysis findings.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses to assess the financial viability of new projects and initiatives.
- Reporting: Ideation and Preparation of Souring and Procurement reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Communicate complex data analysis concepts in a clear and concise manner. Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support as needed.

Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering. MBA in Finance or professional certification is preferred.
- Proven experience (atleast 8-10 years) in Sourcing and procurement domain with strong cost control, and financial analysis within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the complex data and analyze meaningful information.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in ERP & P2P Tools and
MS Excel Expert Level
PPT Expert Level.
DOMO / BI Tool/ Database working
- Ability to work independently with speed and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Any certification related to Supply chain / Data science will be an added advantage
