Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Executive, located in Indore. The Business Executive will be responsible for driving business development efforts, nurturing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and meeting sales and performance targets. Responsibilities also include preparing reports, analyzing market trends, conducting competitor analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business growth. The role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.
Qualifications
- Strong business development, sales, and client relationship management skills
- Market research and competitor analysis experience with strategic planning abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address client needs effectively
- Ability to work in a collaborative, on-site team environment in Indore
- Proven ability to meet performance targets and adapt to dynamic business challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Prior experience in outsourcing, staffing, BPO, or technology services is an advantage
