Role Summary & Impact
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Business Executive Social to join our growing team in Gurgaon. This is a pivotal client-facing role, ideal for an individual with 1-2 years of experience who is passionate about social media and building strong client relationships. You will be the primary point of contact for our key clients, specifically within the demanding
FMCG sector, ensuring their social media presence is not just maintained, but consistently excels.
You'll be instrumental in translating client visions into actionable content, overseeing its creation and deployment, and providing clear, data-driven insights. The role reports to: Manager / Senior Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned large FMCG client accounts, building strong, trusting relationships and understanding their evolving social media objectives.
- Content Strategy & Briefing: Work closely with clients to understand their campaign goals, product launches, and brand messaging. Develop comprehensive content briefs for the creative team, ensuring all client requirements, brand guidelines, and strategic objectives are clearly communicated.
- Content Oversight & Approval: Act as the central liaison between the client and our internal creative team. Facilitate the content creation process, manage feedback cycles, and skillfully navigate client approvals to ensure timely delivery of high-quality social media assets.
- Social Media Management: Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms, ensuring accuracy, adherence to brand voice, and optimal timing.
- Performance Reporting: Compile, analyze, and present regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, campaign successes, and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Proactive Communication: Maintain regular, proactive communication with clients, providing updates on project status, addressing queries, and anticipating their needs.
- Strategic Support: Assist the Account Manager in developing broader social media strategies and identifying new opportunities for client growth.
- Internal Collaboration: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including creative, paid media, and analytics, to ensure integrated and effective social media campaigns.
Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years of professional experience in an agency setting, client services, account coordination, or social media management role, ideally with exposure to large brands or the FMCG sector.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: A natural communicator, both written and verbal, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and internal teams.
- Client-Centric Mindset: A genuine passion for understanding client needs and a proven ability to manage expectations and secure approvals effectively and diplomatically.
- Social Media Savvy: Solid understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and their best practices for brands.
- Organizational Prowess: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple client deliverables, manage timelines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
- Analytical Aptitude: Ability to interpret social media data and contribute to comprehensive performance reports.
- Proactive & Solutions-Oriented: A self-starter who anticipates challenges and actively seeks solutions to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Team Player: A collaborative spirit, eager to contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues.
