Position Summary You will lead commercial activities in Hyderabad to grow our business and improve patient care. You will work closely with local field colleagues and cross-functional partners to design and deliver territory plans, build trusted customer relationships, and gather practical insights from the field. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, business, or a related field. - Minimum one year of experience in a customer-facing role; experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical fields preferred. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages (Telugu, Hindi) is an advantage. - Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships and influence healthcare stakeholders. - Comfortable using common office tools (Word, Excel) and willing to learn CRM and digital platforms. - Willingness to work hybrid, travel regularly within the assigned territory, and represent the company professionally. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical affairs, or related field roles. - Experience planning and delivering medical or educational events locally. - Ability to analyse market or customer data and translate insights into practical plans. - Familiarity with CRM or sales automation systems. - Strong organisation, planning and time-management skills. - Openness to continuous learning and working collaboratively across functions. Location and Working Pattern This role is based in Hyderabad, India. The working pattern is hybrid with regular travel across the assigned territory.
