Position Summary You will engage healthcare professionals across Hyderabad to build trust and share clear, science-based information that supports better patient care. You will design and deliver a local territory plan informed by customer insight and local needs. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other local healthcare partners. - Design and execute a territory business plan guided by customer insight and local needs. - Share clear, accurate, science-based information to support healthcare professionals decision-making. - Record activity, outcomes and insights accurately using company systems. - Work with cross-functional colleagues to resolve customer needs and improve patient access. - Keep learning about clinical evidence, market trends and practical ways to improve performance. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution. - Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales, medical business or territory management experience. - Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory. - Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages commonly used in Hyderabad. - Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. - Right to work in India. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare sales roles. - Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and explaining scientific concepts to healthcare professionals. - Strong planning, organisation and time management skills. - Ability to use customer insight and basic data to guide activity and prioritise work. - Fluency in Telugu, Hindi or other regional languages commonly used in Hyderabad. - High motivation to learn, adapt and take on increasing responsibility.
