We are seeking a Business Excellence Manager to serve as a key partner to our Leadership team for the Raised Access Floors & U-Flex Data Center Solutions Ceilings at Unitile. This is a high-impact role that involves shaping business strategies, strengthening global sales operations, and ensuring seamless organizational execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ DELIVERABLES:
Partner with the Executive Director/CXO on strategic planning, business reviews, budgeting, sales growth initiatives, and organization-wide priorities.
Drive business analytics: monitor sales performance, pipeline health, productivity, and key metrics; build dashboards and extract actionable insights from departmental reports.
Lead process mapping, digitalization, and system improvements; streamline workflows and implement tools for CRM, reporting, automation, and cross-functional efficiency.
Coordinate across Sales, After-Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, and Finance to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely execution of strategic initiatives.
Track market trends, competitive landscape, pricing shifts, and industry developments; share timely insights and recommend strategic responses.
Prepare high-level strategy decks, business performance presentations, GTM documents, and decision briefs for internal and leadership meetings.
Manage and drive CXO-level projects, ensuring follow-through, risk identification, and milestone delivery across teams.
Represent the Executive Director in selecting meetings, drive outcomes, and ensure consistent communication across the organization.
Support leadership with strategic notes, communication drafts, policy documents, and critical organizational updates.
Handle all information with utmost confidentiality, maintaining professional judgement, discretion, and executive presence.
Manage the Executive Director's calendar and travel with internal and external stakeholders
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
MBA or equivalent degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or Operations).
Any additional certification in Sales, Business Strategy, or Leadership is a plus
5+ years of experience in sales and/or business operations in building materials, interior products, construction, or related industries
Proven track record in managing global or multi-region market
Experience working with channel partners, distributors, and dealer networks
Prior exposure to cross-functional roles and strategic execution
