Role OverviewWe are looking for a Business Director – Brand Experiences to lead client partnerships, drive revenue growth, and oversee the end-to-end business for key accounts.
This is a leadership role with P&L ownership, responsible for building and scaling the business vertically.
You will act as the second-in-command on the business side, working closely with the Founder to drive growth, structure, and long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Ownership & Revenue Growth- Own revenue targets across key accounts and new business
- Drive account growth, upselling, and cross-selling across services
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Build a strong pipeline of clients and projects
2. Client Leadership- Lead relationships with senior stakeholders across brands
- Act as a strategic partner, not just an execution lead
- Drive client retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships
- Be the face of TCS for key clients
3. Pitching & New Business- Lead end-to-end pitches — from brief understanding to final presentation
- Shape compelling proposals in collaboration with creative and strategy teams
- Own closures and commercial negotiations
4. Strategic Thinking & Campaign Direction- Translate brand briefs into strong experiential and integrated ideas
- Guide teams on campaign direction, storytelling, and positioning
- Bring proactive ideas and IP-led thinking to clients
5. Commercial & P&L Ownership- Oversee costing, pricing, and profitability across projects
- Ensure strong margin control and financial discipline
- Negotiate scopes and budgets with clients
6. Team Leadership- Lead and mentor the client servicing team
- Build a high-performing, accountable team culture
- Ensure clarity in roles, responsibilities, and deliverables
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with:
- Creative & Design
- Operations & Production
- Digital Team
- Ensure seamless execution across all projects
Key Requirements- 8–12+ years of experience in agency-side client servicing / business roles
- Strong experience in experiential, events, or integrated marketing
- Proven track record of handling large clients and driving revenue growth
- Strong commercial acumen (pricing, negotiations, margins)
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Leadership experience managing teams
