Responsibilities of the Role
Engage in strategic planning and develop 360-degree planning approaches for new campaigns.
Extract insights through data mining and articulate clear strategies.
Effectively communicate with internal and external audiences across paid, owned, and earned media.
Ensure meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all submissions.
Secure industry recognition through awards at forums like FOM, Cannes, Smarties, and RAMAI.
Oversee all aspects of client media campaigns across brands and media channels.
Supervise and design media plans using relevant tools.
Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging contributions to creative media solutions.
Proactively offer client inputs and directions, ensuring responsiveness to client needs.
Initiate and drive quality analysis and cross-category case studies.
Facilitate team development through on-the-job coaching and developmental training.

Skills and Experience
Minimum 9 years of experience, with the last 1 year in a similar role.
Possess acute inquisitiveness and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
Exhibit strong business acumen for resource allocation and effective proposition selling to clients, with revenue responsibility.
