Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development professional, based in Chennai with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves identifying and generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research to identify opportunities, and creating strategies to achieve growth objectives. The selected candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to optimize business processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret market and data trends
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify growth opportunities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business targets
- Highly organized with excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or related domains is a plus
- Relevant academic background, such as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, is preferred
